Warehouse Utilization & Distribution Optimization
Problem: Storage space across DoD warehouses was underutilized, and package distribution was inefficient.
Solution: Built a LiDAR-based analysis system to measure warehouse utilization from point cloud data. Revamped the WMS and rewrote the optimization solution for package distribution across facilities.
Outcome: Increased storage utilization and reduced distribution costs across the DoD logistics network.

Visual Search Across Video Libraries
Problem: Creative teams had no way to search for specific objects across millions of video frames. Finding assets meant manual scrubbing.
Solution: Built a visual search system that indexes objects across video libraries. Users can search for any object — a prop, a character, a logo — and get every frame it appears in.
Outcome: Pre-production and VFX teams can now locate assets in seconds instead of hours.
Utilities Provider
Contract Generation & Invoice Reconciliation
Problem: Legal and finance teams manually extracted data from legacy agreements and reconciled invoices by hand. Slow, error-prone, expensive.
Solution: Built a document generation engine that extracts fields from legacy agreements and auto-populates standardized templates. Added an invoice reconciliation pipeline that parses invoices, matches contract periods, verifies rates, and flags anomalies.
Outcome: Projected $20M in annual savings.
